Jack “CouRage” Dunlop and Rachell “Valkyrae” Hofstetter have become the newest co-owners of 100 Thieves after being with the organization for quite some time. Valkyrae and CouRage will be more involved with 100 Thieves’ broader business strategy in their new positions, identifying and bringing on new talent, building new programs, and other initiatives.
What Will CouRage and Valkyrae Do In Their New 100T Positions?
“As a streamer and former pro-player myself, I always wanted 100 Thieves to be an organization guided by and built to be a platform for content creators,” said Matthew “Nadeshot” Haag, founder and CEO of 100 Thieves. “Rae and Jack have been with us since 2018 and 2019, respectively, and are significant contributors to 100 Thieves. They deserve recognition for what they’ve done for the company to date – and we want their strategic input on what we can all do together in the future.”
100 Thieves says that these new positions for CouRage and Valkyrae won’t detract from their content output that fans have come to expect from them, despite their new duties.

Both CouRage and Valkyrae have become staples of the 100 Thieves brand since they joined up and have helped propel the team to impressive heights on both YouTube and social media.

These creators boast impressive viewership numbers on social media in their rights and had insane years of growth during the 2020 coronavirus pandemic. With over 3.1 million followers on Instagram and 2.1 million followers on Twitter, Valkyrae is one of the most popular and most watched female gamers in the world today. She recently won Content Creator of the Year at The Game Awards 2020 and reached a major milestone on YouTube at three million subscribers at the end of January.
Meanwhile, CouRage has over 1.7 million followers on Instagram, 3.27 million followers on YouTube, and 1.6 million followers on Twitter, and his stardom continues to rise. Both creators signed an exclusive streaming deal with YouTube Gaming in the past years, as well.
