League of Legends Patch 11.17 is set to release on Wednesday, Aug. 25. Based off what we know, here are five things we want in League of Legends Patch 11.17.
11.17 has some interesting changes in test.
I wanted to talk about Amumu real quickly. Our goals here are to make Amumu better in higher MMRs, as his current performance disparity is very large.

As an AD Carry, Lucian has been performing quite poorly for awhile now. Buffs to his kit as an ADC are arriving with Patch 11.17. Hopefully this brings him back in line with other strong ADCs at the moment.
Amumu is receiving an incredibly interesting set of changes to his kit in Patch 11.17. Since his release, Amumu players have had to play around his Bandage Toss (Q) in order to engage. Now, he will have two Q charges available which should change his ability to gank and engage heavily. Hopefully this makes him a happy mummy!
Seraphine once enjoyed her time in the spotlight, but after being a little too oppressive received some nerfs that have left her performing a bit poorly. With her new Graceful Phoenix skin coming out in Patch 11.17, maybe we could see some adjustments to make her worth playing as well.
Similarly, Akali has been weak for quite some time. With her new Crime City Nightmare Akali skin releasing, some buffs to make her viable would be welcomed.
Xayah has always been best when paired with Rakan, but the two currently sport very different win rates. Rakan is performing well, while Xayah is not. In order to motivate players to put her new Phoenix skin on display, Riot may want to consider giving Xayah some buffs.
