We’re constantly on the lookout for smart people to help drive innovation inside and out of the organization. Today, we’re extremely happy to announce Mini Khroad as Xilinx’s new SVP of Human Resources and Chief People Officer (CPO) to support our continued growth and evolution.

With over two decades of experience leading human resources at notable companies including Oracle, eBay, PayPal, Yahoo and the Khan Academy, Mini brings a deep and relevant background in HR to Xilinx. We’re excited to have her join our team, where she’ll lend her expertise in the areas of global talent management, employee engagement and retention, HR technology, and mergers and acquisitions to best serve our greatest asset: our people. Mini will be kicking off her new role via a listening tour where she’ll get to meet with employees at each site. Ultimately, her goal is to position HR to support the company’s business objectives and to create an environment in which all employees feel engaged and able to do their best work.

Located at our headquarters in San Jose, Mini brings a global perspective to her role, having been born in India, raised in Canada, and now located in Silicon Valley with her husband and daughter.

In addition to work in the corporate world, she’s also active in the non-profit and education sectors, serving both on the board of directors for Loaves & Fishes, a charitable organization devoted to providing nutritious meals to those in need, and as an adjunct professor at Golden Gate University, teaching International Human Resources.
