Minded, an online psychiatry telehealth platform for women, has been acquired by UpLift, a NYC-based behavioral health platform that delivers in-network therapy and psychiatry. Founded by Chris Dennis, Gaspard de Dreuzy, and Ronick in 2020, Minded had raised a total of $29.7M in reported equity funding. Backers of the company include Bossanova Investimentos, Gaingels, Everywhere Ventures (The Fund), Streamlined Ventures, Link Ventures, FrenchFounders, Trousdale Ventures, Alecla7, Tiger Fund, SALT Fund, Unicorn Ventures, Care.com, Gravity Blanket, and RXBAR.
