“We are very proud to be the new neighbors, and landlords, in the area.” – Gregg Haggart, CEO

The Gildred Companies® announced today its purchase of a new property in Rancho Santa Fe, California. Located in North County at Avenida De Acacias and El Tordo, it is comprised of 5 buildings including 4 office buildings, and 1 retail.

Located in the heart of the Village, across from the historic Inn at Rancho Santa Fe, the project is anchored by Bank of America and Merrill Lynch which are both long term tenants. Some hallmarks of the property include ample parking and quaint surroundings. A beautiful fountain and lush greenery accent the buildings’ Spanish architecture, and provide a calming space for the customers and employees of businesses in the area.

The Gildred Companies, a multi-generational family-owned commercial real estate business, purchased the development from an old-line family who also owned the Inn at Rancho Santa Fe. Many of The Gildred Companies’ owners reside in Rancho Santa Fe, and take pride in owning a piece of history in the Village.

“We are thrilled with the purchase of this extraordinarily well located, lovely property in the quaint village of Rancho Santa Fe,” said Gregg Haggart, CEO of The Gildred Companies. “We are very proud to be the new neighbors, and landlords, in the area.”
