Tennessee Titans Trade for Ugo Amadi

Date:

The Tennessee Titans have made a trade for safety Ugo Amadi. They originally acquired Amadi through trade with the Seattle Seahawks, but have moved him to the Titans. The trade reportedly cost late-round 2024 draft picks

ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported the news via Twitter on Wednesday.

Amadi attended high school in Nashville, so the trade marks a homecoming for him. He played college football at Oregon, and was selected in the fourth round of the 2019 NFL Draft by the Seattle Seahawks, the closest NFL franchise to his school.

He played zero regular season snaps for the Eagles, as he was traded to them in mid-August for J.J. Arecega-Whiteside. Amadi played for three seasons with the Seahawks, playing 16, 14 and 17 games in those respective years. He collected one interception, two forced fumbles and 125 combined tackles in those games.
