Temple Bar Investment Trust has appointed Link Group as Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM), Fund Administrator and Company Secretary. The appointment became effective on 2 November 2020.
Link Group will provide a suite of services across two of its business lines to enhance Temple Bar’s long-term governance structure and support its activities. Link Fund Solutions will provide AIFM and Fund Administration services while Company Matters, Link Group’s company secretariat team, will be Company Secretary.
Link Fund Solutions is a market-leading service provider of regulatory and administrative services to investment funds, supporting over GBP121 billion (EUR135 billion) of fund assets across Europe.
Company Matters, part of Link Group’s Corporate Markets business, has provided company secretarial services and corporate governance advice for more than 30 years and is one of the UK’s largest providers of company secretarial services.
