FORMER rugby league player Nick Graham is selling the home he bought when he first moved to Queensland nearly a decade ago.
Nick and his wife, Alexia, fell in love with the historic Queenslander on a double block at 9 Dalmarnock St, Enoggera, back in 2013 when they moved up from New South Wales.
Henry Wong of RE/MAX Revolution, who is marketing the property, said the Grahams loved the home because of its character, the outdoor entertainment deck overlooking the pool, and the city glimpses.
With a 20m frontage, the two-level home has four bedrooms and three bathrooms and sits on 809 sqm.
The house has retained character features such as high ceilings, French doors, and timber floors, but has also been modernised.
There is potential for dual living, with plenty of room for a kitchen to be added downstairs, separate entrances to the top and lower levels, and access to the back of the property.
Other features include a self-chlorinating pool with a water feature, 6Kw of solar panels on the roof, two garden sheds, and a cubby house.
The property is in the Enoggera State School and Everton Park State High School catchment areas.

Graham played as a lock and second-row forward in the 1990s and 2000s for the Wests Tigers and the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks in the NRL.
Records show the Grahams paid $820,000 for the property in December 2013.
