PrimalBase NYC: A Blockchain Powered Co-Working Space W/Sick Views

Today I’m working out of PrimalBase NYC and I am blown away. This co-working space has RIDICULOUS views and desks are currently priced at $6 in ETH for a day. You can get a whole month for just $140 And it’s empty! For Manhattan that is really an insane rate. To give you an idea, one of the best budget options in NYC charges $24 a day and a WeWork will cost you $600! I probably wouldn’t believe it if I wasn’t writing this post from inside the office looking out at this view:

I think the reason no one is here is that their ideal customer is ETH hodlers and it can be difficult to target them as a group. I’ve also noticed that even well-funded projects tend to have problems finding marketing people who are capable of understanding blockchain-powered products, appreciating the unique constraints they are under, and developing innovative strategies for targeting their ideal customer. I actually think this could be a huge opportunity for the Steem community because we have so many great writers who have a deep understanding of these types of products as well as the mindset of the ideal customer.

That’s why I think we should try to work with companies like PrimalBase who leverage blockchain technology to deliver real goods and services, even if they aren’t using Steem … yet 😉
