Eevee evolves into Espeon when it has a high enough bond with its trainer during the day.
With Pokemon Legends: Arceus, trainers choose when they want to evolve their Eevee, allowing them the freedom to choose, with certainty, between Espeon and Umbreon.
However, they should be aware that if Eevee has a fairy-type move in its current move set, it will evolve into Sylveon regardless of the time of day.
Eevee will evolve into Umbreon when it has a high enough bond with its trainer at night.

Eevee will evolve into Glaceon when shown an Ice Stone. This is the only requirement necessary to evolve into this form. Friendship, time of day, and level have no bearing on this form.
Trainers can also bring their Eevee to the Icy Rock in the Alabaster Icelands.
Eevee evolves into Leafeon with a Leaf Stone. Trainers will only need the stone to evolve. No level threshold, time of day, or bonding is needed for Leafeon.

Eevee will evolve into Sylveon when it has a high enough friendship with its trainer and has fairy-type moves in its move set at the time of evolution. It does not need to be any particular level or time of day to evolve into Sylveon.
