The Call of Duty League (CDL) Major 3 Qualifiers have concluded and the results are in! After a grueling week of intense competition, the top teams have emerged victorious and will now move on to the Major 3 Playoffs.
The CDL Major 3 Qualifiers consisted of four regional tournaments: North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America. Each tournament featured eight teams competing for a spot in the Major 3 Playoffs. After three days of intense competition, the top two teams from each region have advanced to the Playoffs.
In North America, the top two teams were Dallas Empire and Atlanta FaZe. Dallas Empire had an impressive run throughout the tournament, taking down teams like Chicago Huntsmen and OpTic Gaming Los Angeles. Meanwhile, Atlanta FaZe had a strong showing, beating out teams like Los Angeles Guerrillas and Toronto Ultra.
In Europe, the top two teams were London Royal Ravens and Paris Legion. London Royal Ravens had a dominant performance throughout the tournament, taking down teams like G2 Esports and Team Heretics. Paris Legion also had a strong showing, defeating teams like Fnatic and Team Reciprocity.
In Asia-Pacific, the top two teams were Gen.G and NUTURN Gaming. Gen.G had an impressive run throughout the tournament, taking down teams like Mindfreak and Mazer Gaming. NUTURN Gaming also had a strong showing, defeating teams like FURY and ORDER.
Finally, in Latin America, the top two teams were Team oNe eSports and Isurus Gaming. Team oNe eSports had a dominant performance throughout the tournament, taking down teams like RED Canids and UYU. Isurus Gaming also had a strong showing, defeating teams like INTZ e-Sports and Santos e-Sports.
Now that the qualifiers are over, the top sixteen teams will move on to the Major 3 Playoffs. Here, they will compete for their share of the $500,000 prize pool and a chance to be crowned Major 3 Champions. The Major 3 Playoffs will begin on April 22nd and will conclude on April 25th.
