Transat, a leading leisure travel company, recently announced the appointment of Susan Kudzman as President and the election of three new directors to its Board. This move is part of Transat’s ongoing commitment to strengthen its leadership team and Board of Directors.
Susan Kudzman brings extensive experience in the travel industry to her new role as President. She has held various positions at Transat since joining the company in 2006, most recently as Vice President, Corporate Affairs and Communications. In this role, she was responsible for leading the company’s public relations, government relations, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
Kudzman has also held positions at Air Canada Vacations and Air Canada, where she was responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for the airline’s leisure products. Jean-Marc Eustache is the founder and former CEO of Transat, having served in the role from 1987 to 2015. He is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Groupe Mach and a director of several other companies.
Pierre-Yves Guay is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the travel industry. He is currently the President and CEO of Groupe Mach, a leading Canadian travel company. He has held various positions at Transat since joining the company in 1997.
Jean-François Lemay is an experienced executive with a strong background in finance. He is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Groupe Mach and has held various positions at Transat since joining the company in 2001.
