The report also looked at the median unit prices of suburbs within 10km of Sydney CBD. The most affordable suburb is Smithfield, with a median unit price of $550,000. This is followed by Chipping Norton ($570,000), Guildford West ($580,000) and Cabramatta West ($590,000). The most expensive suburb is Point Piper, with a median unit price of $3.7 million. This is followed by Elizabeth Bay ($2.9 million), Darling Point ($2.7 million) and Woollahra ($2.3 million).

Overall, the report found that the most affordable suburbs within 10km of Sydney CBD are located in the city’s south-west, while the most expensive suburbs are located in the city’s eastern suburbs.
