This is followed by Chipping Norton ($570,000), Guildford West ($580,000) and Cabramatta West ($590,000). The most expensive suburb is Point Piper, with a median unit price of $3.7 million. This is followed by Elizabeth Bay ($2.9 million), Darling Point ($2.7 million) and Woollahra ($2.3 million).
