Soaring Eagle Acquisition Corp. kondigde de prijsstelling aan van its $1.5 billion IPO this evening and its units are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq under the symbol “SRNGU,” on Wednesday, February 24.

The new company aims to combine with a business with sterke vrije kasstroom in a high-growth industry or market. Soaring Eagle is led by CEO and Chairman Harry E. Sloan alongside President, CFO and Secretary Eli Baker.

Het totale aantal SPAC-deals voor 2021 year-to-date is nu 168. Dit aanbod zal naar verwachting op vrijdag 26 februari worden afgerond.

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC is acting as the sole book-running manager of the offering. White & Case LLP is als Issuer's Counsel bij Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP dienen als Underwriter's Counsel. WithumSmith + Brown, PC fungeert als auditor. Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company treedt op als trustee.
