Khosla Ventures Acquisitie Co. III announced the pricing of its $500 million IPO and its shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq under the symbol “KVSC”, Wednesday, March 24.

Het nieuwe bedrijf wil combineren met een hoogwaardige groeidoelstelling grote markten aanspreken met eigen technologie. Khosla II wordt geleid door oprichter Vinod Khosla, CEO Samir Kaul en COO, CFO, penningmeester en secretaris Peter Buckland.

Het totale aantal SPAC-deals voor 2021 year-to-date is nu 294. Dit aanbod zal naar verwachting op vrijdag 26 maart worden afgerond.

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. are serving as the book-running manager for this offering. Latham & Watkins LLP is optreden als Issuer's Counsel bij Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP dienen als Underwriter's Counsel. Marcum LLP fungeert als auditor.
