Esports organisatie Dignitas has expanded the scope of its partnership with betting platform STRAAT.dag, making the company the naming rights partner of its Counter-Strike: Global Offensive team. The team will now compete under a co-branded name, and will wear jerseys redesigned to highlight VIE.gg’s logo. The jerseys have also changed from Dignitas’ traditional yellow and black color scheme to the red and black of VIE.gg’s branding.
Dignitas signed its initial three-year deal with VIE.gg in 2019. At the time, the deal focused on the organization’s Rocket League, Super Smash Bros., en vrouwen Counter-Strike: Global Offensive teams.
The organization has had an active summer for partnerships, securing deals with streaming platform Huya, ExpressVPN, and naming Susquehanna International Group its exclusive trading partner.
