Het totale aantal SPAC-deals voor 2021 year-to-date is nu 169. Dit aanbod zal naar verwachting op vrijdag 26 februari worden afgerond.

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and PJT Partners LP are acting as the book-running managers of the offering.
