52 Victoria St, Potts Point has a $10m price guide for a June 7 auction, down from $15m last year with other agents.
A grand end-of-row terrace evoking the likes of historic New York or London residences, the extraordinary Potts Point home of the late jeweller Tony White has just been re-listed by his architect partner Alexander Michael.
The globally acclaimed designer bought the traditional 8m wide terrace at 52 Victoria St in 1978 for just $85,000 at a time when Potts Point was a bohemian neighbourhood brimming with artists and musicians.
Now on the market with Jane and Samuel Schumann of Raine & Horne Potts Point Elizabeth Bay, the Victoria St home was briefly listed in late 2021 with $15m price expectations through another agency, but the guide for the June 7 auction is $10m.
Jane Schumann has the first open home on Saturday and is expecting it to be popular with the revised guide.
