Integral Venture Partners celebrates first close for maiden fund

Integral Venture Partners has hit first close of its maiden fundraise focused on central and south-eastern Europe.

The firm did not disclose the total amount raised for the fund so far or its target, but revealed the vehicle has a €150m hard cap.

Evolving Europe Principal Investments I has secured capital commitments from prominent institutional investors such as the European Investment Fund and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

The firm is looking to use EEPI I to invest up to €25m per company across sectors such as TMT, healthcare, consumer goods and services, B2B services and niche manufacturing.

The private equity and growth capital firm has closed more than €3bn worth of deals in the region since launch last year.

The buyout house is led by founder Stefan Tzvetkov alongside partners Barna Papay, Marko Hinic and Evtim Chesnovski. Integral operates out of offices located in London, Budapest and Belgrade.
