There are a number of areas here you need to explore in order to clear all of The Withering. It’s best to start out at the bottom of the area, near the healing location, as this is the quickest route to follow to clear all of The Withering in the zone. In that area you will find a Dendro, activate the Dendro, this allows you to clear the Withering. Then head back to the red plant and look at the red beams coming from it. This will lead you to several plants that you need to destroy with charged attacks. Once all of these have been destroyed you get to fight a boss. Defeating the boss clears all of The Withering in the area and will let you progress to the next stage of the side quest.
