How do you use CBD oil?

Date:

CDB is considered to be an element of cannabis, and therefore to have psychotropic effects. However, the reality is very different, as Eurogrow, specialists in the sale of CBD seeds and oil, explains. CBD oil or cannabidiol is an organic compound which is extracted from hemp. It is one of more than 100 cannabinoids of the Cannabis sativa species that are part of the plant.

Is it legal? Currently, in Spain, legislation provides for the use of CBD oil only through topical use, in other words, by adding it to body cosmetics.  How can this much-maligned compound of nature be used? Eurogrow clarifies the proven benefits and multiple uses of CBD oil.

The unknown benefits of CBD oil

Having clarified how CBD oil differs from other cannabinoids with psychotropic effects, it is worth looking more closely at the benefits of CBD oil, which extend to various systems in the body.

One of the benefits traditionally associated with these marijuana and cannabis-related substances is their ability to reduce anxiety and stress. What is unknown is that the human body generates cannabinoids naturally, through the endocrine system.

In fact, using CBD oil helps regulate this priority system to increase serotonin levels, the hormone responsible for making us feel more relaxed and in a better mood.

CBD oil also boosts mental concentration, in contrast to the effects of pure cannabis consumption.

On a more physical level, it has a relaxing effect on muscles and tendons. That’s why it is becoming increasingly common for high performance athletes to incorporate some CBD oil products into their warm-up and muscle maintenance routines. In addition, its moderate use leads to a natural cleansing of the skin, making it appear healthier.

How to use CBD oil correctly

Since there is a very specific regulation for using CBD oil, what are the permitted uses and how do you apply it?

Currently, in Spain, the only regulated use of CBD oil is topical. In other words, using it as a cosmetic, on the skin or as part of creams and other cosmetic products.

In other countries, where regulation of CBD and its uses beyond oils is more advanced and less restricted, research has begun on how to achieve its benefits more effectively. For this purpose, possible sublingual use is proposed, i.e., inducing CBD under the tongue and allowing the nerves and branches of the nervous system and capillaries to drive their chemical effects into the body. This is already reality in countries such as USA, Switzerland, Germany, England, Italy and even Ecuador.

In contrast, studies on the direct consumption of CBD oil suggest that it is less effective, as well as being unpalatable. In any case, the appropriate dose will always depend on the person’s weight, height and health history. Eurogrow recommends following the manufacturers’ guidelines especially for your first experiences with CBD oil.
