Congress was fuming earlier today during a testimony by the chair of the Securities and Exchanges Commission (SEC) Gary Gensler dominated by crypto.
At the very opening of the hearing, the Chairman of the House Committee on Financial Services Patrick McHenry stated that “clearly an asset can not be both a security and a commodity.”
