Ford Models is expanding into the esports space by adding gaming and esports to its talent management platform. Ford Models President Decio Restelli Ribiero has added to the company’s expansion with the creation of a new “Esports and Gaming” division under its existing Ford Digital platform. The new division will be directed by long-time entertainment and esports and gaming attorney, Justin M. Jacobson, who will act as manager, Ford Esports & Gaming.

Jacobson is an entertainment and esports and gaming attorney based in New York and for the last decade has worked with professional athletes, musicians, producers, DJs, record labels, fashion designers as well as professional gamers, streamers, coaches, on-air talent, and esports organizations.

“In addition to working with high-fashion models, Ford had already been working with digital influencers in the beauty, fashion, and fitness world so they noticed the growing trend in esports and gaming and the unique way that they can pair some gamers’ stories with some of the brands that they’ve been working with for decades,” Jacobson told The Esports Observer. “I will be working on continuing to bring more non-endemic brands into the space the right way; authentically and with the right talent and teams as well as integrating some of Ford’s model celeb and athlete clients authentically into the gaming space.”

Along with the expansion, Ford has signed a slew of talent such as New York Hip Hop station Hot 97’s & Logitech G’s own iconic gaming media personality, Gerald “HipHopGamer” Williams, and the first ESPN Esports ESPY winner, Timothy “oLarry” Anselimo.

Ford Models Esports and Gaming plans to represent leading esports and gaming talent and work with leagues, sponsors, and other stakeholders to promote one of the fastest-growing entertainment and competitive esports segments.
