Engel & Völkers Florida today announced its newest location in Northeast Florida, Engel & Völkers Amelia Island. The shop will open its doors for business at the end of September of this year, with a grand opening event to follow before year end. The shop will be located at 5185 S Fletcher Avenue in Fernandina Beach. The expansion marks local market expert, Corey Hasting’s fourth franchise location in the Northeast Florida region. Hasting is already the owner of Engel & Völkers Jacksonville, Jacksonville Beach, and Neptune Beach.
