Direct Title Solutions (DTS™), the real estate services company, today announced a coming expansion to their suite of offerings. Beginning in January 2022, Direct Title Solutions will act as an umbrella company to two distinct subsidiaries: Wholesale Title Solutions (WTS™) and Retail Title Solutions (RTS™). The change serves to accommodate DTS’ recent growth as well as the company’s maturing technology strategy.

Wholesale Title Solutions will service DTS’ existing title abstract and recording client base, conducting and providing title search services for national outsourcing companies, settlement service companies, lenders, title underwriters, and others in the real estate information space. The Wholesale Title Solutions brand will stay true to DTS’ signature commitment to detail and speed but bring a renewed emphasis on technology.

Retail Title Solutions will specialize in closing, escrow, and notary public services for residential and commercial real estate transactions. RTS will also facilitate DTS’ existing title insurance practice as a licensed agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company in select states (Maryland, North Carolina, Virginia, and West Virginia). As a full-service settlement provider, the Retail Title Solutions brand will work directly with consumers and companies, helping clients to navigate the closing process with ease.
