Leading cryptocurrency exchange, Binance is not “authorised by the Malta Financial Services Agency (MFSA) to operate in the cryptocurrency sphere and is therefore not subject to regulatory oversight [by the regulator]” according to a statement published today by the regulatory watchdog.
