Aaron Kirman Group Expands Real Estate Team to Orange County, Taps…

Date:

Morgan Trent, Managing Director of Aaron Kirman Group, Orange County

“We’ve had tremendous success selling real estate in Orange County over the years, but now with Morgan and his stellar eight-person team leading our Orange County efforts, we’re further poised to dominate this market like we do in Los Angeles,” said Kirman.

Aaron Kirman Group, a multi-billion dollar-producing real estate team that sold $726 million in 2020 alone, at the tech-leading real estate company, Compass, announced today its expanding into Orange County and has named former NFL cornerback turned luxury residential real estate agent, Morgan Trent, as managing director. The expansion outside of Los Angeles comes on the heels of Aaron Kirman, founder and president of Aaron Kirman Group and president of International Luxury Estates at Compass, announcing his new proprietary tech-driven platform, Estate Dynamics, and reaching his $8 billion sales milestone, making him one of the top agents in the world.

Kirman first represented homes in Orange County when Season One of his CNBC show “Listing Impossible,” aired, featuring 43 Beachview Avenue, Dana Point, a home that had been stalled on the market for three years before he took over representation and sold it for $9,995,000 in October 2018. Since then, Aaron Kirman Group has expanded into Orange County and sold a series of listings––that sat on the market for up to four years––within months, using his Estate Dynamics’ methodology and technology.

In addition to 43 Beachview Avenue, Dana Point, highlighted sales in Orange County include 8 Rockledge Road, Laguna Beach which sold for $9,500,000 in June 2021 and 13 Lagunita Drive, Laguna Beach which sold for $13,775,000 in November 2020. Aaron Kirman Group is currently listing 3150 Breakers Drive, Corona del Mar for $11,995,000.

Orange County is a highly attractive market to a global audience for a variety of reasons, from the lifestyle of owning oceanfront homes in Laguna and Newport, to the quality of schools, and nearby kids attractions. This expansion comes at the perfect time and Aaron Kirman Group is ready to take this market and his team to the next level.

“We’ve had tremendous success selling real estate in Orange County over the years, but now with Morgan and his stellar eight-person team leading our Orange County efforts, we’re further poised to dominate this market like we do in Los Angeles,” said Kirman. “Since selling in Orange County from Season One of our show “Listing Impossible,” I know Morgan’s competitive spirit coupled with his wealth of relationships and real estate knowledge will positively amplify our name and recognition in this locale.”

With the expansion, Trent, who started his real estate career first in Orange County when he joined global real estate firm The Related Companies in 2012 and co-starred with Kirman on CNBC’s Listing Impossible—notably selling an Orange County modern residence for $9,995,000 in Season 1—will be focused on leading and growing a team dedicated to Orange County luxury real estate.

“I’m excited to be leading Aaron Kirman Group’s expansion into the Orange County market,” said Trent. “There’s immense opportunity in Orange County and I’m confident Aaron Kirman Group and Trent Luxury will bring the knowledge, expertise and value we’ve become known for in Los Angeles. There is a reason we are the number one team in L.A. and we look forward to becoming the go-to agency across Southern California with this expansion.”

As the No. 1 ranked mega-size team in Los Angeles as reported by Real Trends and published in the Wall Street Journal, Aaron Kirman Group has become the go-to team for royalty, titans of industry, major lending institutions, foreign investors and A-list celebrities. Its penchant for high-profile real estate listings has allowed the team to sell the Danny Thomas estate (which sold for $65 million, making it the second most expensive sale in Beverly Hills history), The Case Study 21 house (designed by Pierre Koenig), Frank Lloyd Wright’s Ennis House, as well as houses designed by some of the most well-respected architects like Richard Neutra, Frank Gehry, Paul Williams, Oscar Niemeyer, Rudolph Schindler, and John Lautner.
