Wednesday Nights are Now Available

For patients needing times that are after regular work hours, we have opened up Wednesday evenings from 5-8pm. Come after work to see one of our medical marijuana doctors for your medical marijuana card assessment.

Make sure to bring healthcare records that show you have a qualified condition like anxiety or chronic pain. These can be faxed over to our office before your appointment from your doctor’s office as well. We take therapists/psychologists notes for anxiety and VA records showing PTSD or some other qualified condition. Our fax number is (855) 696-3299.

Registering with The Medical Marijuana Program

Sometimes it’s easier to register with the medical marijuana program before your appointment. You can do that by following our instructions on our instructions page. That way you can complete our consent form at the appointment and the doctor will have everything he needs to approve you right away. Our Wednesday night doctor is especially known for approving patients while they are at the appointment!
