William Brice has been revealed as the buyer of this heritage home in Moray St, New Farm.
BRISBANE entrepreneur Will Brice has been revealed as the buyer of two neighbouring properties in a prime New Farm location for a combined $6.7m.
Records show Mr Brice, who owns the US and Australian car rental site imoova.com and is the son of Wotif co-founder Andrew Brice, paid $3.85m for a property on a corner site in Moray Street.

The home in Moray St, New Farm, was built circa 1908.
The landmark, Federation-style Queenslander was built circa 1908, has five bedrooms, a huge wraparound veranda, and sits on a 822 sqm block.
Around the same time, Mr Brice also bought the house next door — an art deco, five-bedroom renovator, on 607 sqm of land for $2.85m.

Mr Brice and his wife, Shona, already have quite an extensive property portfolio in Brisbane, owning properties in Chelmer, Northgate, Wynnum, and a block of land on Stradbroke Island.
The Brice family also owns a beach house at 9 Yarrong Rd, Point Lookout, which they are trying to sell.

The architecturally designed home is fondly referred to by locals as ‘the Copper House’.
Mr Brice told The Courier-Mail it had been purpose-built as the ultimate beach getaway for the extended family to spend time together.
