Unfortunately, if you’re looking for where the Leyndell Knights are in Elden Ring, then you’d have to progress to a certain point in the game before you start farming them. What’s even worse about the location of the Leyndell Knights in Elden Ring is that there’s really only one that you’ll find in the early to mid-game.

Why Do You Need To Farm Leyndell Knights?

If you’re following the Lightning Lancer video, then you’ll notice they mention the Leyndell Knight (formerly known as Gold Dragon Cult Knight). The Lyndell Knights were renamed from the Gold Dragon Cult Knight after the discovery of the gear they drop, and where they originate from.

Where Are The Leyndell Knights in Elden Ring?

As we mentioned before, the earliest you’ll encounter a Leyndell Knight is after facing off against Godrick in Stormveil Castle. Unfortunately, you’ll need to play through a considerable portion of the game and tackle the first Legacy Dungeon in Elden Ring. So, if you’re looking to find the Leyndell Knights early in Elden Ring, then following this guide is your best bet.

Once you defeat Godrick, then you’ll enter a larger area known as Liurnia of The Lakes. This is a considerably large area. However, for such a large location, you’d be surprised that there’s only one Leyndell Knight here. You will need to make your way up to the Artist’s Shack in Liurnia of The Lakes.

You will encounter the lone Leyndell Knight on the path to the Artist’s Shack, but we suggest not messing with him until you run up to the shack itself and set yourself to the Grace there. Once at the Grace, you have an easy way to reset the Knight. Once you attune to the Grace, head down to face off against the Knight.

You may notice some blood pools around the knight. These are from players who aren’t careful with him. This is the lone Leyndell Knight location in the mid-game, but treat him as you would any other knight. He also may electrify his weapon, which can throw you for a loop when you’re farming for his equipment. Unfortunately, the drop rate for each piece of gear, including the weapon and shield, is incredibly low. Reddit users have struggled for hours to farm this lone knight.
