Pokémon UNITE Ranked Season 2 has kicked-off, but how long will players have to make the most of it?
Pokémon UNITE has been enjoying some recent success on both Nintendo Switch and mobile. The Multiplayer Online Battle Arena sees two teams of five players choosing their favorite Pokémon and battling it out on Aeos Island. Ranked Battles offer a more competitive challenge to partial players, with a new season having emerged today.
Ranked Season 2 brings with it some new Holowear for Charizard, Crustle, and Venasaur. Additionally, a new Battle Pass is now live. The new pass is called “Sun, Sun, Sunshine” and follows on from the previous space-themed pass, Galactic Ghost 094.
So, how long will players have to complete this new Battle Pass? Here’s what you need to know.
Pokémon UNITE Ranked Season 2 is set to end on Jan. 30, 2022. Kicking-off today on Nov. 8, 2021, this period gives players plenty of time to make it through the latest Battle Pass. Many have suspected that the season’s long duration hints towards multiple Battle Passes being made available.
The rewards for Ranked Season 2 will be mostly identical to those of the previous season. Rewards will be offered based on the highest placement players achieve. A new Ranked Set avatar outfit will also be unlocked by any player who reaches Expert Rank by the end of the season.
Pokémon UNITE is available now on Nintendo Switch and mobile devices.
