What is ARKPIA?

ARKPIA is a creative brand that gives new artistic value to the works of prominent artists by incorporating their touch, view, story, and philosophy into digital art. Minting of H.E.A.C NFT commences on July 19 at 1pm (UTC), starting with the Allowlist participants while the presale mint will start on July 21st at 1pm (UTC). Ultimately, the public sale, which would allow 4,000 mints, is scheduled to go live on July 22 at 1pm (UTC).

Every artist has their preferred medium to create a masterpiece, and the platforms where they can share them have constantly been evolving over the years. Social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter were the first to build the bridge connecting artists and supporters worldwide.

In today’s time, Web3 further supports the growth of artists by providing them a technological advantage in showcasing their talents with new and exciting opportunities in the non-fungible token (NFT) world. One of the developing projects has already begun with the goal of onboarding artists to the world of NFTS—ARKPIA.

Background 

ARKPIA is one of the newest yet awaited projects in the NFT world. J&JOHN, the company behind the project, was inspired by the idea of transforming works digitally. It intends not only to grow a simple community but to create a space for both collectors and artists.

ARKPIA came from the combination of two terms: ARK and UTOPIA. Artists are encouraged to join the ARK for a new journey to the UTOPIA—NFT world. Thus, ARKPIA opens an art world for any person in the world.

ARKPIA’s Artist Lineup

ARKPIA onboards six world-renowned artists that brings inspiration to the community and further widen their reach:

Charles Jang

Charles Jang is a leading pop artist in Korea. He is well-known for activities such as paintwork and various mediums for communicating with the public.

Byoung-gil Jung 

Byoung-gil Jung is a South Korean film and screenwriter. He is recognized as the ‘Master of Action Movies’ in Hollywood for his works like ‘The Villain’ and ‘I am a Murderer.’ His works will once again capture the interest of everyone with his upcoming Netflix show: ‘Carter.’

Gabriel Hollington 

Gabriel Hollington is an illustrator from the UK who is well-known for his bold and simple art style. He also worked with globally-recognized brands like VANS and Nickelodeon.

Sarah Beetson

Sarah Beetson is a world-class illustrator and fine art creator that shares her expertise in different topics. Saatchi ART has recognized her as a top emerging artist while working with brands like IKEA, Ford, Adidas, MAC, and Delta Airlines.

Ben Ouaniche

Ben Ouaniche is an Israeli visual artist who brings life to his works by combining studio shoots, visual engineering, and post-production methods. His incredible talent leads him to collaborate with big companies like Google, Hennessey, and McDonald’s.

Florentijn Hofman

Florentijn Hofman is an installation artist and three-dimensional essayist who exhibited his artworks worldwide, including in the United States, Japan, Seoul, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Sydney, Beijing, and Rotterdam. He continues to share his works with the world with his friendly urban installations like Rubber Duck and Giant Hippo.

Happy Ever After Circle (HEAC.)

HEAC is a collection of NFTs from the ARKPIA project designed to portray the message of Charles Jang. The first design, Heangbogi, is a heart-shaped NFT that symbolizes the existence of happiness and achievements after encountering complex challenges.

The birth of Heangbogi was set on the 7th of July 2007 with the trait of being a 3D pop art character having a mission of delivering happiness in the world. Its Myers-Briggs type indicator (MBTI) is extraverted, intuitive, feeling, and prospecting (ENFP). Therefore, it carries an infinitely optimistic personality that maintains a positive attitude even when dealing with challenging circumstances.   

The HEAC NFT collection has a total supply of 10,000 units comprising a 30% allow-list supply, 10% open run supply, 40% public supply, and 20% ARKPIA reserve supply for artists and partners airdrops, donations, and other strategic distributions.

Utilities

The collectors having more than 30 HEAC NFTs are qualified to receive limited edition physical artworks from Charles Jang. On the other hand, the collectors that have a minimum of ten HEAC NFTs are eligible to get an art book from the same artist. All HEAC NFT collectors are eligible to receive an allow-list spot for the airdrops of the first series.

ARKPIA Allow-List

The ARKPIA team has approved wallet addresses eligible for accessing its mint page. The allow-list follows the first-come, first-mint basis. NFT drops include Director J (Jung Byoung-gil) Series 1, Gabriel Hollington Series 1, Sarah Beetson Series 1, Florentijn Hofman Series 1, and Ben Ouaniche Series 1.
