Indian cryptocurrency exchange WazirX has listed Indonesia’s regulated digital asset exchange Tokocrypto’s native utility Toko (TKO) token on its platform.

WazirX crypto exchange has listed Indonesia’s fastest-growing digital asset exchange, Tokocrypto’s native utility token (TKO) through its Rapid Listing Initiative.

From June 3, the TKO token was made available for buying, selling, trading in the INR and USDT market. Since the token was listed under the rapid listing initiative, therefore deposit or withdraws options from other wallets are currently not available.

However, for the time being, users can deposit and withdraw TKO from Binance wallet to WazirX wallet using WazirX <> Binance inter-wallet transfer option.

Besides listing the token, WazirX hosted a grand giveaway worth $10,300 worth TKO in partnership with Tokocrypto.

The contest was scheduled for 4th June, at 12 PM IST on the official WazirX Instagram page. A total of 5 questions was shared on WazirX’s official Instagram story where users need to choose the correct answer and win prizes. One lucky winner with all the correct answers for each question asked, is going to win 5.78 TKO.

Tokocrypto is Indonesia’s fastest-growing digital asset exchange in terms of trading volumes and user registrations founded in 2018. The digital asset exchange reportedly raked in $10 million of profits through its 0.1% trading fees this year alone.

Tokocrypto Eyeing Public Listing for Toko

Tokocrypto claims to be the first digital asset exchange to be registered with the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency (BAPPEBTI) of Indonesia.

Earlier last week, Nikkei reported that Tokocrypto aims to make its debut on the public market by holding an initial public offering (IPO) within two to three years.

Tokocrypto was backed by an undisclosed investment from Binance last year. The Indonesian exchange also launched a token offering through Binance, raising $7.5 million through sales of native token TKO at $0.10, according to data by Cryptorank.
