Leading the Valbridge Property Advisors | Central California office is Senior Managing Director Michael Burger, MAI, RW-A/C. Burger has decades of experience in appraisals and consulting services in all types of properties, including: multi-family, office, retail, industrial, research and development, warehouses, special purpose properties, affordable housing appraisals, and affordable housing market studies. He holds appraisal designations from the Appraisal Institute (MAI) and International Right of Way Association (R/W-AC). He is also FHA, VA, and Farmer Mac approved.
Adding to the team in this region is Rollie A. McCormick, MAI, Todd O. Murphy, MAI, ARA and Max R. Knupper, Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. McCormick has over 48 years of extensive experience valuing commercial, office, industrial, land, and development properties, as well as large apartment complexes. Murphy has over 42 years of appraisal experience and in addition to the MAI designation, Murphy holds the ARA designation from the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. Murphy specializes in complex land valuation assignments, including development and interim-use properties.
