My Application requires me changing rate from 2.5gbps to 8gbps,For this I’m dynamically switching the pll of gty from cpll to qpll.But after the reset is given txoutclk is constantly high.But able to get the rxoutclk.

I’ve first switched the txpllclk to qpll1 and then i’ve configured it and started the reset sequence.

I’ve followed this blog for dynamically changing the rate.
