VIEW THE REPLAYS CLC CONFERENCE 2022 Revitalizing Schools & Communities LEARN’s Provincial Resource Team (PRT) recently hosted a 2-½ day online conference for the CLC network, which focused on the theme of Revitalizing Our Schools and Communities. Attended by Community Development Agents, school administrators, School board staff, and community partners, it was an opportunity for participants to collaborate and explore how the community school strategy can revitalize our English schools and communities. Want to hear more? Replays for most of the conference workshops can be found on LEARN’S YouTube Channel. As students in grade 6, secondary 4, and secondary 5 get ready for Ministère de l’Éducation exams in May and June, these resources were created to inform students and families about the compulsory evaluations for this school year. For each compulsory exam, you will find an exam preparation video prepared by a Quebec teacher, an exam checklist, and resources to help you prepare for the various compulsory assessments. This project was designed and developed using resources from the Ministère de l’Éducation, and in collaboration with and funded by partner school boards: CQSB, EMSB, ETSB, LBPSB, NFSB, RSB, and WQSB. In her various projects and endeavours with the AQEFLS, she has taken risks, left her comfort zone, and to shared and collaborated with colleagues at all levels and from different milieus and organizations.  And thirteen years ago she brought her energy and experience to LEARN’s Ped Team, as our FLS consultant. Many of Julie’s projects at LEARN have greatly promoted the teaching of French as a second language in Quebec, projects such as Des missions en FLS, le Jeu de simulation globale, Compétence interculturelle, Ludopédagogie, Accent Quebec, Passeport de prise de risques linguistiques, many of our French How-to’s, and of course le projet Interagir (conversation réfléchie).
