Purple come from the purple boxes, blue from the blue boxes, and greens can be bought at the port on the other side of the river. You can only buy them twice per week so be sure to get them every time.
We need to recover more stamina before we can go off and grind more of the items needed to get gifts. If you have any extra info leave a comment with the character name and the gift the like the most. We will add it so we can all focus on leveling up the characters we want the most.
