A Title Alliance, Ltd. team member, who plays a critical role in the company’s Southwest expansion, was named the Journal Industry Award Escrow Officer of the Year. Jenni Eaton received the prestigious recognition from the Arizona School of Real Estate & Business for overseeing Title Alliance’s growth in the Valley in their first partnership and her commitment to excellence in her role at the national family of title insurance and escrow agencies.

Eaton is now responsible for launching all new Title Alliance entities in Arizona as their initial escrow officer and leads efforts to ensure each operation is running smoothly. She was transitioned into the role after her success at Title Alliance of Arizona Agency in Mesa. Eaton is known for putting customers first and creating a detailed communication strategy to all parties involved in a transaction, which is now used across Title Alliance locations nationwide. Presently, Eaton serves as Escrow Officer for the newly launched Title Alliance America Agency operation in Mesa.
