According to Daniel Nixon, Director of Communications, Gun Interactive:

The game will come out for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam and the Microsoft Store. It will also launch into Game Pass on Xbox and PC.
