A glamorous, three-bedroom townhouse in South Yarra that won the 2015 ‘triple threat’ season of The Block is up for grabs.
The 4/27 Darling St pad sold under the hammer after Newcastle couple Dean and Shay Paine transformed the luxury home on the Channel 9 show’s 11th season, notching a huge $2.29m sale.
After seven years with the current owners, it has now been listed for a $2.4m-$2.6m sale.

Marshall White Stonnington agent James Paull said the vendors loved the home as it catered to their lifestyle.
“They have a cosmopolitan appreciation,” he said.
The home is brimming with luxe amenities, such as an alfresco deck and garden area that wouldn’t look out of place in a tropical villa.
A spacious living room features an open fireplace and leads into the chic kitchen, fitted with Bosch appliances and a butler’s pantry.
A study nook is also located on the ground flour, while two bedrooms and a stylish bathroom are found on the first floor.
The second floor features the expansive main bedroom, which offers a walk-in wardrobe and dual-vanity ensuite.
“Our belief is that no expense has been spared,” Mr Paull said.
A broad range of buyers have shown interest in the home, including families, professional couples and empty nesters looking to downsize.
The agent said buyers liked the “well-designed layout” and that the quality of the home had drawn a lot of attention.
“It’s a boutique complex, it’s completely private at the back … you wouldn’t know you’re in the heart of South Yarra,” he said.
The property heads to auction on Saturday, August 27, while The Block’s 2022 Tree Change season has just aired.
