TFT Patch 11.12 came out June 9 on Wednesday. The patch brought various changes into Teamfight Tactics including a new skin for Dowsie, a new event, and some tentative balance changes as well.

Not a lot of item changes have been made with items in Patch 11.12. Although Armory has a new system of providing players with items, that doesn’t affect the items themselves.
Here is the list of items from best to use to worst to use. Make note that it has only been two days since the patch has gone live thus there may be controversies over tiers.
Although Archangel’s Staff and Final Whisper have both received buffs in this patch, they are still low on usage. This may be an issue with the item statistics or it may just not be useful in the current meta.
It may be a challenge to completely replace these items as Sanguine Blade has been removed in the current League of Legends PBE, but we will have to wait a few more days to see if the buffs are really useful or not.
