That Japan is one of the most fascinating countries in the world to visit at least once in a lifetime is certain!

Besides the millenary culture, the naturalistic areas, the typical neighborhoods and the symbolic monuments, now there is him, the amusement park awaited for more than two years, the Super Nintendo World in Universal Studios Japan.

Several reasons have delayed its opening, from construction work to the pandemic. But although the inauguration has not yet been made official, a few days ago, the park opened its doors to a few guests such as journalists and influencers to reveal some details.

The purpose of Super Nintendo World is to immerse visitors in a great video game in which they are the protagonists. 

The experiences that will be lived in augmented reality will be possible thanks to a smartband that is delivered at the entrance of the park.

In the castle of Bowser wearing the visors in augmented reality, you can collect virtual coins by hitting the cubes with the question mark, you can interact with the various characters and throwing objects.  Mario Kart’s augmented reality track, one of the most anticipated attractions is Koopa’s Challenge. There is also room for the little ones, who will be able to take a ride on Yoshi’s little train from which they can observe the entire park.

With all these experiences, hunger is certain, which is why the park will delight the palate of its guests with restaurants and cafes such as Kinopio’s Cafe, Pit Stop Popcorn and Yoshi’s Snack Island where you can taste calzones in the shape of a Koopa shell, vegetarian dishes that look like the piranha plant, mushroom-flavored popcorn or tiramisu in the shape of a Super Mario block.

So we look forward to traveling again and flying to Osaka.
