Steem immediately went straight up over the next 6 days once @steemit started the full powerdown. The MARKET loves this. For a reaction of 70+%, you can’t argue with the price.
The market has decided this is GOOD FOR STEEM. Participants should be embracing this; now we can continue our path on having a DAPP filled blockchain, rather than just a @steemit blogging platform.
Cryptocurrency was meant to be decentralized, and considering steem was premined and started as a blogging platform it was far from that “at first”. Well ,now this is just ANOTHER step at decentralizing this blockchain and getting @steemit out of the way. Now other dapps, companies, people, etc. can build and grow whatever brand they may want.
There are so many brands and you can see them building on stateofthedapps.com, 6 of the top 9 are from steem, and @steemmonsters will hit the number 1 spot eventually is a prediction of mine!
