Back in 2018, Crying Suns was originally confirmed for iPad. It is as an FTL-inspired experience and was recently confirmed for both iOS and Android. Alt Shift’s tactical space game initially arrived on PC platforms through Steam thanks to Humble Games (Humble Bundle’s indie publishing arm). Today, Humble Games have released it on iOS as a premium release. Crying Suns is a gorgeous tactical roguelite that also blends in elements of Dune. Watch the mobile trailer for Crying Suns below:
Humble Games has been bringing quality experiences to consoles and PC platforms with many great published titles. On mobile, the publisher’s debut was Slay the Spire that I reviewed. The second Humble Games release on iOS is Crying Suns which is available now for $8.99 which is a lot less than the PC price of $24.99 on Steam. Hopefully Humble Games can reveal when Forager is coming to mobile as well since HopFrog recently confirmed it is “coming soon. We will have a review of Crying Suns in the near future.
