Silver Pearl Hospitality IPO description – The company operates in the mid-priced hotel sector, consisting of the upper-midscale, midscale and economy hotel segment. Its current properties are located in Rakchham, Kinnaur, Himachal Pradesh. Rakchham village is located in Sangla Tehsil of Kinnaur district in Himachal Pradesh, India. The company started its first hotel property in FY2019-20 and now also operates a 100-seater café at Rakchham. All its hotels, cafes and restaurants are operated under the brand name “Osiya”.
Currently, the company operates with 36 rooms in 4 properties. It owns, manages, operates and markets the hotels. We also operate restaurants and a cafe. Silver Pearl Hospitality’s portfolio consists of the following:
1. Osiya Shambhu Lodge at Rakchham – Leased Property
2. Osiya Shoshla Café – Leased Property
3. Osiya Rangnoo Rakchham Retreat – Leased Property
4. Osiya Tashi Dolma Home stay – Marketing & Branding
5. Osiya Baba Inn Guest Home – Marketing & Branding
As part of growth and geographical diversification strategy, it intends to purchase a hotel property in Goa. This property will increase the company’s geographical reach and also provide it business during winter season from November to February which is comparatively a lean season for Rakkcham properties. Silver Pearl Hospitality has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding dated 12 January 2022 for the purchase of property with the current owners at the price of INR6.8 crore and has paid an advance of INR30 lakhs for the same while the balance of INR6.5 crore will be paid from the IPO proceeds.
