• A self-contained marina cleaning station with advanced filtration system to eliminate or minimize the environmental impact of marina activities on the Indian River Lagoon, the northern hemisphere’s most bio-diverse estuary
• Advanced technologies that will enable the marina to retrieve boats from dry dock storage and have them in the water in approximately three minutes
• Hurricane-rated building materials that are designed to withstand winds from a Category 5 storm, and which will offer the community a staging point for first responders in the event of a storm
