The competition will see 28 teams trying to one-up each other as they fight their way to the grand final in the end.
Some of the best up-and-coming teams from all over the globe will compete in the Pinnacle Winter Series via online matches. The first of the series, Pinnacle Winter Series #1, starts off today, and will last until 2 February 2022. The tournament will be split into three stages and will see 28 teams battle for a share of the prize money.

As part of the three stages, the first 16 teams will be playing a Regional Swiss stage where:
- Matches will be played in a Swiss system

- 8 top teams will proceed to the Main Swiss stage
Each team that progresses into the Main Swiss stage be awarded $2,000 of prize money
The next stage is the Main Swiss stage:
- Matches will be played in a Swiss system
- Все матчи Bo3
- 8 top teams will proceed to the Playoff stage
- Each team that progresses into the Main Swiss stage be awarded $3,000 of prize money
The last stage is the Playoff stage:
- The eight teams from the Main Swiss stage will meet 4 direct invitees
- Matches will be played in a single elimination bracket

- Each team that progresses past the first round of the playoff stage will be awarded $1,000 of prize money
