Reimagining central Dunedin: the two projects set to transform the CBD

Date:

Meet the woman behind two large projects that will transform the heart of one of the country’s oldest city centres.

The latter involves the spaces around the new $1.4 billion Dunedin hospital, and includes creating new green spaces, additional education and healthcare facilities, and recreation areas.
