Pokémon GO’s Battle League went through a myriad of changes for Season 7. Season 7 began on March 1, 2021 and is expected to continue until June 1, 2021.
So, what has changed for the Battle League? Well perhaps one of the most exciting things is that Battle League is now a worldwide league for anyone to compete in; meaning that trainers don’t have to just rely on friends or other local payers if they want to take part.

While the format pretty much stays the same – with the three main leagues still available: Great, Ultra, and Master – there are a set of special cups now also available alongside the Leagues. While dates for these events have been released, they of course can still change so you might want to keep an eye out!
