Pokemon GO’s Aipom Spotlight Hour is the last Spotlight Hour in June 2021 and will feature an abundance of Aipom encounters. A few lucky players might discover this Normal-type’s Shiny form.
Aipom Spotlight Hour will occur on June 29 and last from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. local time.
Along with running into Aipom frequently, players can also look forward to gaining twice the amount of Stardust after catching Pokemon. Stardust can be used to strengthen Pokemon on your team or trade Pokemon with other trainers.

Players should prepare for Aipom Spotlight Hour with purchasing several Star Pieces at the Poke Shop. Star Pieces can be activated for 30 minutes and will increase the number of Stardust for players. As for this Spotlight Hour event, players can gain four times the amount of Stardust with Star Pieces.
Aipom’s Shiny form includes a pink color scheme. Aipom’s best moves consist of Scratch and Return.
Players should use Fighting-type Pokemon as counter Pokemon against Aipom. However, you shouldn’t involve Ghost-type Pokemon when battling against this Normal-type Pokemon.
Some of the best counter Pokemon to use against Aipom are Blaziken, Hawlucha, Yveltal, Hariyama and Thundurus.
When evolving Aipom into Ambipom, you should use 100 Candy pieces.
